This 4 week stretch program promises to inform you of strategies to help improve flexibility for pole and aerial.
It is suitable for all levels of student.
Lead by our instructor Vicky who has a background in coaching rhythmic and artistic gymnastics as well as aerial silks, pole and hoop.
The course will cover effective ways to improve flexibility in back, shoulders, legs and hips. These are the key areas which hinder our ability to achieve specific moves on equipment, as well as help prevent injury and promote safe training.
