Have you always dreamed of being able to do the splits? This class promises to inform you of strategies to help improve flexibility for splits which will also benefit you with pole and aerial.
It is suitable for all levels of student.
Lead by our instructor Vicky who has a background in coaching rhythmic and artistic gymnastics as well as aerial silks, pole and hoop.
The class will cover effective ways to improve flexibility in legs and hips as well as back and shoulders. These are the key areas which hinder our ability to achieve specific moves on equipment, as well as help prevent injury and promote safe training.
