Blushette Of The Month 2014 August – Audrey Angus

Blushette of the month is a monthly recognition of the achievements made every day in Blush Dance classes by our students. Nominated by teachers and students, the blushette of the month award recognises the commitment, dedication and challenges our students display and overcome. Recognitions can be for many things and include some of the following: achieving a new level of skill, a new move, performing in front of an audience, competing in a championship, overcoming unfavourable training odds, great attendance at classes, great dedication to training/shows/attitude at classes.

Blush Dance Classes BOM8.14picAudrey’s achievements:

Audrey first came to Blush a year ago with a mission, to be able to cross another item off her Bucket List. She joined Burlesque and Pole classes because they were something new and she hasn’t looked back since. Attending classes and workshops regularly and performing in the Blush Student Showcase last year, Audrey has really thrown herself in to the challenge of being a Blushette.

Audrey would say her biggest achievement would be “Walking through the door at her age”, but it has never been an issue and she’s gone on to achieve some impressive things like becoming one of the few triple threat Blushettes who attend Pole, Burlesque and Aerial lessons.

Mostly though, Audrey has been awarded Blushette of the Month for her unwavering positive attitude, her encouragement of others and just generally being a pleasure to teach.

Well done Audrey!
